The Brief

Health Pharm were looking to improve their social media presence and ultimately, generate consistent revenue from social.

They hired us to give the channel strategy a complete overhaul, grow their following, develop an influencer strategy and generate revenue.

The method...

First up, we did an audit of their current activity, and compared it with their competitors. Having done so, we were able to see what has been working, what's working for others and what they can improve on.

We then looked at the vast range of products on offer and set about creating monthly themes for each category, and looked to create content that would educate their audience and help inform their purchase, all while building trust in the brand. 

We then developed a paid strategy covering awareness, consideration and conversion - using existing account and purchase data, in order to retarget the most engaged users and find lookalikes of their existing customer base. 

Next, we looked at the potential influencers and UGC creators we could work with - who are relatable to the target audience, have a genuine following, and actually use the products. We ran activity with 10 creators each month on a gifted basis, hitting various product categories.
